Lisa Mortleman

Lisa Mortleman has extensive work experience in human resources and operations. Lisa currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Persimmon Homes. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at DMGT plc and dmg media for five years. Lisa also worked at Carillion as the Operations Transformation & HR Director, where they implemented a service delivery transformation program. Before that, they were the Head of HR, Org Development & Operations at HCA for seven years. Lisa's early career includes a role as the Director of Operations (Back Office & Sales) at Devonshire Plc.

Lisa Mortleman has a Post Graduate degree in Organisational Change and Consultancy from Birkbeck, University of London, which they earned from 1997 to 1999. Lisa also holds a BA Honours degree in Politics (and European Law) from the University of Leicester, from which they graduated in 1992 after studying from 1989 to 1992.
