Abhijeet Desai

Abhijeet Desai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the BI and data analytics domain. Currently serving as a Principal Engineering Manager at Persistent Systems since November 2021, Abhijeet oversees global programs for leading healthcare clients, implementing cloud data technologies and driving key strategic initiatives. Prior roles include Technical Program Delivery Manager and Program Manager for Digital Transformation at Capgemini, where Abhijeet led significant programs for McDonald’s, improving operational efficiency and establishing recognized leadership in product development. Experience also includes serving as Program Manager for Managed Services at IGATE and various leadership roles at Patni Computer Systems. Abhijeet holds an MBA in Marketing from the University Department of Management Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College. Abhijeet received the prestigious Leading with Heart champion award for outstanding project delivery in 2023.
