Stephen Griner

Stephen Griner, CFA, serves as President and COO and Chief Investment Officer at Persium Group since March 2004, providing specialized financial advisory services to individual investors, business owners, and retirement plan committees. As a Partner and Co-Founder of Palmares Capital Partners since January 2015, Griner aids founder and family-owned businesses through a non-control investment structure. In January 2009, Griner became the Owner of NAVIX Consultants, which specializes in helping business owners plan and execute successful exits. As an Advisory Partner at Ascent Advisory Partners since January 2020, Griner provides merger and acquisition services to family and founder-owned firms. Additionally, Griner has been a member of Vistage Worldwide since June 2008, contributing to peer advisory groups for successful executives. Griner holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, earned between 1997 and 2001.
