Carlene Cassorla

Carlene Cassorla, MSW, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Currently serving in dual roles as Self Hire Com Hab/Respite at Heritage Christian Services and Empowering People's Independence since March 2024, Carlene focuses on fostering socialization, community inclusion, and safety skills. As a Care Coordination Ambassador and Care Coordinator at Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, LLC, since October 2020, Carlene facilitates connections to essential services. Previous roles include Teacher Assistant at both Rochester Childfirst Network and Inspire! Learning and Childcare Solutions, as well as School Social Worker at East Rochester Junior-Senior High School. Carlene holds a Master of Social Work degree from SUNY Brockport and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the same institution, complemented by an Associate of Science in Human Services from Monroe Community College.
