Ruta Pakstas Cole

Ruta Pakstas Cole is an experienced professional with a diverse background in grant writing, music, and consultancy. Currently serving as a Development Officer for Grants at Person to Person since May 2021, Ruta has a long-standing career as a Professional Musician with Eastlande Music since 1984. Previous roles include Managing Consultant at Empire Consulting Services until March 2022, Grant Writer at The Child & Family Guidance Center, Inc., and Director of the Youth Opportunity Program for the Liberty Partnerships Program - NYSED. Academic achievements include a Master of Music in Fine Arts from The Johns Hopkins University, a Business Management Diploma from New York University, and a Master of Music in Fine and Studio Arts from DePaul University. Additional experience encompasses positions in student development and expense analysis at SUNY Sullivan and Deutsche Asset Management, respectively.
