Ashwini Raman

Ashwini Raman is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading diverse teams and driving innovative product strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Personio since April 2023, Ashwini previously held significant roles at Meta from April 2015 to April 2023, including Head of Product for Shopping Catalog and Messenger Rooms, where responsibilities included enhancing e-commerce experiences and facilitating remote work solutions. Prior to Meta, Ashwini worked at Salesforce as a Senior Product Manager, focusing on analytics and mobile solutions, and held product management positions at Yahoo! and Cypress Semiconductor, where efforts centered on mobile strategy and go-to-market initiatives, respectively. Ashwini began a career in IC design at Dust Networks in the early days of IoT. Educational qualifications include an MBA in General Management with a major in Marketing from The Wharton School and a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
