Bodhi Mukherjee

Bodhi Mukherjee has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bodhi currently holds the position of Vice President of Engineering and Site Lead at Personio, starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Google for several years in various Engineering Director roles, including Google Play, Google Cloud, Admob, and DoubleClick for Publishers. Before joining Google, Bodhi co-founded a Stealth Technology Startup where they served as the CTO and Founder, focusing on OTT video technology infrastructure and services. Bodhi also held the position of VP Engineering at InfoValue, where they developed high throughput I/O Tunneling technology for Windows and Linux and architected a video server cluster for IPTV. Bodhi started their career as a consultant at halo lsi, specializing in intelligent software for Flash Memory. Bodhi also worked as a Research Staff Member at IBM T J Watson Research Center, where they served as an architect for highly scalable clusters and a scalable distributed pub/sub system over the Internet.

Bodhi Mukherjee obtained their BTech degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 1980 to 1985. They then pursued an MTech in Computer Science at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from 1986 to 1988. Finally, they completed their PhD in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1994.
