Clara Griesmayer

Clara Griesmayer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Clara is currently working at Personio as the Lead Customer Growth, where they are responsible for scaling customer success and account management. Prior to this, Clara worked at Google for several years. Clara held various positions, including EMEA Privacy & Measurement Go-to-Market Product Lead and EMEA Automation Go-to-Market Product Lead. Clara also worked as an Account Executive and Account Manager, handling sales in the DACH market and small business sales teams in the Austrian market. Clara also has experience in auditing from their time at KPMG and in business development and bookkeeping at CIVIDEC INSTRUMENTATION GMBH. Early in their career, they worked at UNIQA, initially as an Assistant for Sports Science Testing and later as a Telesales Representative.

Clara Griesmayer completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Business Administration from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2011 to 2016. Clara also attended the Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University and Thammasat University in 2014 for Summer School programs in International Supply Chain Management and International Marketing Management respectively. In 2013, they participated in the Global Advancement Programme (GAP) offered by the United Nations Association of Austria (UNA). Clara also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science from the University of Vienna from 2007 to 2010.
