Elena Sanchez is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Head of Design & Research at Personio since February 2023. With a robust background spanning over a decade, Elena also works as a public speaker, instructor, and coach in UX, product design, and human-centered design, sharing expertise at international conferences. Previous roles include Senior Product Design Manager at Typeform, Head of Product Design at Veyor, and Lead Product Designer at Cover-More Group, where Elena focused on user experience and product strategy across various industries. Educational credentials include a Master's in Human Computer Interaction from Universitat de Lleida and a Bachelor's in Media from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
