Louis Wiedenhofer

Louis Wiedenhofer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Louis began their career as a Dual Student at Sahlberg GmbH, where they gained experience in financial controlling. Louis then worked as an Accounting Assistant at Travellanda Ltd before moving on to Siemens, where they served as a Working Student in Strategic Controlling. Louis then joined PwC as a Junior Consultant and later became a Consultant in Digital Strategy & Process Solutions.

In 2018, Louis joined Celonis as a Customer Success Manager before transitioning to Personio as a Customer Success Manager and later as a Team Lead for Customer Success. Louis further advanced to roles at Personio including Lead Partnerships and Senior Partner Manager. Their current position at Personio is Senior Lead Partnerships.

Outside of Personio, Louis was Seconded to the Personio Foundation as a Program & Operations Lead. Additionally, they hold roles as a Member at Partnership Leaders and EU Partnership Crew.

Louis Wiedenhofer completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration at Hochschule für angewandtes Management from 2011 to 2015. Louis then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management & Technology at the Technical University of Munich from 2015 to 2017. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Personio Essentials from Personio in 2023, Private Equity and Venture Capital from Università Bocconi in 2022, and Innovation in the Age of Disruption from INSEAD in 2021.
