Paloma Sánchez Lucas has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Paloma began their career as a Translator and Proofreader at Telefónica R&D, specializing in technical translation. Paloma then worked as a Foreign Language Assistant at Pädagogische Austauschdienst (PAD) before taking on the role of Country Manager for Spain at TravelTrex GmbH, where they managed the CMS, vendors, and sales for the Spanish market. Paloma also worked as a Technical Translator and Project Management Assistant at Oettingen GmbH, handling technical translation, project management assistance, and DTP and translation memory management.
Paloma then joined Electronic Arts (EA) as a Localisation Project Manager, responsible for coordinating multilingual vendors and ensuring timely and budgeted localisation projects. Paloma served as an International Business Advisor at the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain in New Delhi, focusing on investment promotion, marketing and communication strategy, and providing customized services for Spanish companies in India and Nepal. In addition, they managed IT networks and acted as a CRM expert.
Paloma's experience also includes working as a Project Associate at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), where they played a role in partnership strategy, digital transformation, Salesforce administration, event coordination, and communication strategy for the Climate Technology & Innovations Division.
Paloma then became an Implementation Consultant at Avature, collaborating with Fortune 500 companies to analyze business requirements, plan and manage projects, and provide best practices in talent acquisition and talent management. Currently, Paloma is employed at Personio as the International Lead Customer Implementation, responsible for expanding the implementation team and ensuring high-performance standards.
