Stephen Collins

Stephen Collins is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Personio since May 2023, Collins previously held the role of Software Development Manager at Amazon Web Services from November 2020 to February 2023. Prior to that, Collins spent nearly 17 years at OpenJaw Technologies, where responsibilities included technical leadership as Director of Engineering, management of product development as Development Manager, and architectural development as Senior Architect. Earlier in Collins' career, as a Senior Software Engineer at Datalex, significant contributions were made to customer-facing travel portals for various high-profile clients.
