Carmel Smith

Carmel S. currently serves as the Global SVP Customer Experience at PERSUIT® since July 2023. Prior to this role, Carmel held various leadership positions at UiPath from August 2018 to July 2023, including Global Vice President Sales Strategy, Best Practices & Deal Desk, as well as Area Vice President Key Accounts and Vice President Strategic Accounts. Carmel also served as South Central Sales V.P. at UiPath. Previous experience includes the role of US Central & Latin America Regional Sales Director for VDI at Dell Technologies from March 2017 to August 2018, and Vice President at Quest Software from February 2015 to February 2017. Carmel's extensive background at Dell Software Group, spanning from 1996 to January 2017, involved directing field software sales and leading sales operations across multiple regions, including Latin America, emphasizing revenue growth and market share expansion.
