Dan Sweet

Dan Sweet is an experienced property and project management professional, currently serving as Chief Property Officer at Perth Airport. Previously, Dan held the position of Project Director at Australian Capital Equity, overseeing the East Perth Power Station Redevelopment from December 2021 to September 2022. As State Manager for Far East Consortium Australia from September 2016 to December 2021, Dan successfully established the business in Western Australia and delivered significant projects like the Ritz Carlton Perth and the Towers at Elizabeth Quay. Prior tenure includes serving as Director of Capital Transactions at the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority, managing development agreements for major projects such as Elizabeth Quay and Perth City Link, and as Portfolio Manager at Mirvac, where the focus was on running a wholesale sector-specific property fund. Dan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and is a graduate of Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School, as well as Hale School.
