Allyson Farr

Allyson Farr has extensive experience in social care and community support, currently serving as a Job Coach Mentor at Landau since March 2017. Previously, Allyson held the position of Community Support Manager at PERTHYN, managing a Supported Living Project for individuals with learning disabilities. Allyson's career includes roles as Housing Support Team Leader at Stay Telford and Project Coordinator at the Salvation Army, focusing on homelessness. From April 2003 to March 2016, Allyson was a Housing Support Team Leader at a Social Housing Provider in Shropshire, where responsibilities included managing a team of 11 Housing Support Officers aimed at empowering vulnerable individuals to live independently.
