Andrew Harrison

Andrew R. Harrison is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in private equity and capital formation. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Capital Formation at Perwyn since May 2023, Harrison leads investment efforts in technology, services, healthcare, and food sectors. Prior to this role, Harrison was a Managing Director and Head of EMEA Primary Capital at Greenhill & Co. from September 2021 to May 2023, providing financial advice on significant transactions. Harrison also held the position of Head of Investor Relations at Silverfleet Capital from January 2017 to August 2021, and worked at Credit Suisse in the Private Fund Group from October 2003 to January 2017, advising on private equity investments. Academic credentials include an MBA from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Edinburgh.
