Felicity Porter

Felicity Porter is an experienced professional in post-merger integration and project management, currently serving as the Post Merger Integration Manager at Pest Partnership since February 2024. Previously, Felicity held the position of Head of Integration at Air IT, leading comprehensive post-acquisition integration programs across various business functions. Felicity has also managed complex IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects at Eversheds Sutherland as a Programme Manager, and oversaw a diverse portfolio of IT projects at Littlefish (UK) Ltd and Center Parcs as a Senior Project Manager. Early career experience includes roles as a Project Manager at BSS Group and ClinPhone, following a BSc (Hons) in Combined Sciences from Nottingham Trent University.
