Alex Foxworthy has over five years of professional experience in the recruitment and strategy consulting industries. In 2019, they joined Pet Circle as an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Lead. Previously, in 2018, they were a Senior Consultant and Consultant for Retail & Consumer strategy at Morgan McKinley. In 2017, they were a Consultant for Strategy - Retail, Lifestyle and Luxury Brands at Venari Partners. In 2015, they began their career as a Consultant for Private Equity, Asset and Investment Management at Joss Search.

Alex Foxworthy attended The University of Sheffield from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a degree in Law with Spanish. In 2013 and 2014, they studied Spanish Law at the University of Valencia. In 2016, they obtained a certification from Founders4Schools as a Speaker at The UCL Academy, Camden.
