Isil Sam

Isil Sam has a wealth of experience in finance and accounting roles. Isil began their career in 2000 as an Accountant for Ercan Dusmez Accounting. In 2002, they joined Honeywell as a Project Accountant and Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for project accounting, financial analysis, operational planning, contract reviews, revenue recognition, and more. In 2010, Isil Sam joined the Australian Institute of Professional Education Pty Ltd as their CFO, where they established departmental budgets, created advanced data analytics, rebuilt the chart of accounts, and managed staff. From 2018 to 2022, Isil Sam was a Finance Manager at Concept Ingredients, where they led the transition from accounting software MYOB to Odoo, streamlined the payroll processes, improved existing templates, and implemented a new HR portal. Currently, Isil Sam is a Finance Project Manager at Pet Circle.

Isil Sam has a diverse educational background. In 1997, Isil earned an Associate's degree in Accounting from Trakya University. From 2009 to 2012, Isil attended Marmara University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business/Managerial Economics. Isil then attended AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 2015 to 2021 and earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance. In addition, Isil has obtained three certifications: Learn to Lead with UNSW 2021, Confluence Fundamentals Badge, and Learn to Lead with UNSW 2022.
