Kristen Durkin

Kristen Durkin has extensive experience in Human Resources and People & Culture. Kristen began their career in 2009 as a Human Resources Coordinator for The Le Mac Australia Group. In 2011, they joined Panthers Group as an Employment Relations Coordinator, and was later promoted to Group Human Resources Manager. In 2018, they joined Pet Circle as a People Operations Manager, and was later promoted to People & Culture Senior Manager and then VP People & Culture.

Kristen Durkin obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a field of study in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University between 2006 and 2008.
