Chris Garbett

Chris Garbett is a seasoned professional in ecommerce technology with significant experience in strategic management and digital operations. Currently serving as Head of Ecommerce Technology at Pet Drugs Online since April 2022, Chris oversees all aspects of ecommerce strategy, roadmap delivery, and financial management. Prior to this, Chris held the role of Digital Operations Manager at Ferrero, where a unified ecommerce technology program was established across various brands. Chris also contributed extensively as Ecommerce Technology Manager at Thorntons, responsible for defining digital strategy and managing website performance. Earlier career experiences include a tenure as a Technology Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, focusing on business analytics and project management. Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computing & Management from Loughborough University and has a strong educational background in mathematics, physics, IT, and art from Thomas Alleynes High School.
