Blaire Schwen began their work experience in 2011 as an Assistant to the Design Specialist at ETI Performance Improvement, where they gained valuable skills in graphic design. In 2012, they joined Insight Global as a Technical Recruiter and Jr. Account Manager, focusing on sales development and account management. Blaire provided full life cycle recruiting services and screened and selected candidates for various positions. In 2013, Blaire joined Brasseler USA as an Account Manager, later transitioning to the role of District Sales Manager in 2014. In this role, they developed strategic and clinical business plans, exceeded sales quotas, and built key opinion leaders. Blaire demonstrated high acuity in total office sell and created streamlined processes to enhance office and healthcare systems. Blaire consistently ranked in the top 20% of the national sales force.
Blaire Schwen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
