Rachel Lyster is a clinical dietitian with a solid background in nutrition and dietary care. Currently serving as a Grade 1 Clinical Dietitian at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre since October 2022, Rachel has previously worked as a dietitian and medical administrative assistant at Pain Specialists Australia from March 2022 to February 2023. Additional experience includes a position as a mental health and disability dietitian at Ribbon, where Rachel provided nutritional care to NDIS participants with psychosocial disorders. Prior roles include a retail assistant at Minimax Australia and a food service tray attendant with Aveo Group. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Dietetics/Dietitian and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science with Distinction from Deakin University.
