Karsten Kühl

Karsten Kelm is an experienced GIS Analyst and Programmer with a professional background spanning over a decade. Currently serving at the County of Ventura since November 2021, Karsten previously held the position of GIS Analyst III at AeroVironment from May 2016 to April 2021 and at AECOM from October 2011 to May 2016. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Land Use Planning and Management/Development from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft, completed between 1998 and 2006, along with a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems Technology from the University of Southern California.
