Brian Johnson is an experienced operations and plant manager with over a decade of expertise in the food production industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Peterbrooke Chocolatier since November 2014. In this role, Brian ensures timely product delivery, manages production schedules, and oversees various compliance audits, including Kosher and UTZ.
