Brian Johnson

Brian Johnson is an experienced operations and plant manager with over a decade of expertise in the food production industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Peterbrooke Chocolatier since November 2014. In this role, Brian ensures timely product delivery, manages production schedules, and oversees various compliance audits, including Kosher and UTZ. Previously, Brian held the position of Plant Manager at Peterbrooke, where responsibilities included operational efficiency, fiscal accountability, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Earlier experiences include roles as QA Manager and QC Manager at Flanders Provision Co. and Henry's Hickory House respectively, where duties focused on quality control, HACCP compliance, and liaising with the USDA. Brian's career began at WJXT TV as an Assistant Director. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from East Carolina University.
