Timothy Demske has held various roles in engineering and procurement throughout their work experience. Timothy began their career in 2001 at Associated Spring, where they worked as a Manufacturing & Application Engineer, focusing on improving efficiency and profitability through Lean Events and production planning. Timothy also designed and developed springs for race applications. In 2008, they joined Peterson Spring as a Senior Product Engineer, responsible for new product design analysis and managing customer engineering sales accounts. Timothy later became a Project Engineering Manager, overseeing special engineering projects and new machine specifications and purchases. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Director of Procurement at Peterson Spring, leading a procurement team across multiple locations and countries to maximize savings and facilitate vendor communications. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Director of Engineering at Peterson Spring.
Timothy Demske holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, which they completed in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a MSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2002, and a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the same university in 2001.
