Christofer Backman has over two decades of experience in the digital industry. In 1997, they started their career as an Application Developer for Lotus Notes at Time To Market. In 2003, they held positions as Web Developer at LensWay Group and Head of Search at MEC Interaction, Sweden. ☝🏻Christofer then co-founded Mogato E-commerce, where they were responsible for web development, search, social and digital marketing. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Digital Media Planner at Starcom Mediavest Group and KAM - Digital Sales at TV4-Gruppen. In 2013, they became a Sales Manager at Smartclip. In 2019, they co-founded Etiketta AB and was responsible for UX, design, banners, licensing products, project management, SEO, affiliate marketing, social media and email marketing. In 2021, they took on the role of Delivery Manager at Klarna, where they worked with some of the company's largest merchants and was responsible for their integrations. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at petgood.
Christofer Backman's education history includes a Bachelor Of Science in Interactive Multimedia from Edith Cowan University (1999-2001), a Kandidatexamen in Data och systemvetenskap from DSV - Instutitionen för Data- och Systemvetenskap (2002-2003), Systemering och Programmering from NTI (1997), Desktop Publishing from NTI (1996), and a Gymnasieutbildning in Ekonomisk Linje from Tibble gymnasium (1991-1994).
