Nelia Rutledge has extensive experience in human resources, holding senior positions in various companies. Nelia served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Pethealth Inc. - a Fairfax Company, where they played a crucial role in providing medical insurance for dogs and cats across North America. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Coinamatic Canada Inc., overseeing laundry solutions for multi-unit housing communities. Nelia also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Ricoh Canada Inc., a global technology company specializing in office imaging equipment and IT services.
