Ronald Solsrud

Ronald Solsrud has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ronald started their career in 1987 as a Consulting Engineer at Factory Mutual Engineering, where they managed district operations and worked as a Field Engineer. In 1994, they joined Nalco as an Account Sales Manager, responsible for maintaining existing accounts and acquiring new ones. During their time at Nalco, they also trained and coached employees. Since 2006, Ronald has been the President and Owner of Petland Retail Stores in Iowa City. Ronald is directly involved in all aspects of the retail experience, including purchasing, selling, leading, managing, coaching, and training.

Ronald Solsrud earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they attended from 1985 to 1987. Ronald later pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Northwestern University, completing the program from 1992 to 1994.
