Tess Sherman

Tess Sherman began their career at Doskocil Manufacturing as a Customer Service Specialist in 2013 and quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming a Senior Project Manager. Tess later transitioned to the role of Product Manager, where Tess worked closely with brand managers on line planning. Prior to their time at Doskocil Manufacturing, Tess gained experience as an Assistant Manager at PetSmart, where Tess started as a Guest Services Coordinator and was quickly promoted. Tess also held a position as a Computer Lab Lead at the University of North Texas, where Tess excelled in customer service and was consistently a top-ranked employee. Tess holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies with a focus on French, history, and music history.
