Melinda McNeil

Melinda McNeil is an experienced retail management professional with a diverse background in store operations and team leadership. Currently serving as Store Manager at Petro-Canada Lubricants since July 2020, Melinda has previously held similar roles at Guy's Frenchys and OSL Retail Services. Prior experience includes positions at WOW! mobile boutique as District Team Lead, and managing multiple stores including Rogers Communications and Pseudio. During a tenure as Managing Director at Hair Club for Men and Women, Melinda was responsible for the overall operations and directly reported to the VP in the USA. Melinda's expertise encompasses sales management, team coaching, inventory control, and customer service excellence, supported by a foundational education in cosmetology from the Hair Design Centre.
