Yin Pang Lim C.a.

Yin Pang Lim C.A.(M) has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Beginning in 2012, Yin worked as an Associate in Audit at KPMG Malaysia for two years. They then transitioned to CIMB as an Associate in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking. In 2014, Yin joined PETRONAS Lubricants International as a Manager in Group Strategic Planning and Mergers & Acquisitions, a role they held for five years. Yin then took on various leadership positions within PETRONAS Lubricants International, including Manager of the Transformation Management Office Europe, Head of Strategy & Transformation EMEA, and Lead of the Results Delivery Office EMEA. Most recently, Yin served as the Head of the MD & Group CEO Office and is currently the Head of Strategy, Business Development & Transformation ASIA. In addition to their corporate roles, Yin participated in an ESCP Executive MBA International Consultancy Project with Neuro-Sive from 2021 to 2022.

Yin Pang Lim C.A.(M) obtained a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) degree from Multimedia University in 2011. In 2015, they received the Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. In 2016, they obtained the M&A Professional Certificate from the New York Institute of Finance. They attended the Harvard Extension School in 2016-2017 for a course on Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructurings. From 2020-2021, Yin attended the General Management Programme at ESCP Business School. In 2021-2022, they pursued an Executive MBA at ESCP Business School, and in 2022, they completed an Executive Education program on Doing Successful and Responsible Business in China at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
