Niza Hamzah

Niza Hamzah has extensive experience in knowledge management and learning strategies, currently serving as the Head of Learning Strategy & Performance in Global Learning & Development at PETRONAS since April 2008. Previously, Niza held various leadership roles at PETRONAS, including Head of Planning for Learning Solutions and Head of Planning & Performance for Group Technical Data. Niza's earlier career includes positions as an Associate Consultant at METEOR and as a KM Consultant with Paradigm Systems. Niza began expertise in knowledge management as a KM Specialist at Motorola University and Multimedia University. Niza holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Knowledge Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Multimedia with a focus on Finance from Multimedia University, complemented by a Bachelor of Accountancy from University Putra Malaysia.
