Soraya Yahya

Soraya Yahya is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Head of the Phase 2 Emb.arc Project at PETRONAS since September 2011. In this role, Soraya leads the rollout of PETRONAS Talent Management Philosophies and practices across international entities and sister companies. Previous positions at PETRONAS include Head of Harmonisation & Onboarding, Head of Employee Experience, and various leadership roles managing HR operations in offshore and exploration sectors. Soraya's earlier experience at Shell spanned from 2001 to 2011, including roles such as Human Resources Account Manager and Talent Development Manager, with significant involvement in transitioning HR systems and managing talent development initiatives. Soraya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Diploma in Banking from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
