Chartered McIpd Mohan Thandapani

Mohan Thandapani, Chartered MCIPD, has a strong background in human resources and employee relations. Mohan is currently serving as the Head Corporate HR at PETRONASH since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at FABTECH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED from April 2016 to March 2020, where they led the Group Human Resources & Administration function. Before that, they held positions at Larsen & Toubro Limited as DGM - Employee Relations from January 2014 to April 2016, and as AGM - Employee Relations from May 2011 to December 2013. Mohan also served as the Group HR & Admin Manager at Lafarge - Readymix Qatar Group from April 2009 to May 2011, and as Personnel Manager at Larsen & Toubro Limited from January 2007 to April 2009.
