Khalil Mansouri Seresht

Khalil Mansouri Seresht is a dedicated civil engineer with extensive experience in project management, technical inspections, and construction materials testing. Currently employed at Petropars since December 2022, Khalil provides innovative solutions, conducts technical reviews, manages material procurement, and oversees project operations. Previous roles include serving as a Construction and Civil Laboratory Technician at Petro Ilia Energy where testing of infrastructure materials was conducted, and as a Field Technician at Rahgoshayan-E-Darya Company where project documentation was produced. Khalil has also contributed as a Construction Technician at Petro Barasun International Company and as a Civil Supervisor with Alborz Engineering Association, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and effective stakeholder communication. Khalil holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Islamic Azad University and has completed associate degrees in Civil Engineering and Information Technology.
