Amy Benavides

Amy Benavides has over 15 years of work experience, starting in 2008 as a Corporate & Transactional Paralegal at Hohmann, Taube and Summers, LLP. In 2014, they became an Asset & Transaction Manager at Petros Partners, where they designed, built, and operated financial services businesses. In 2017, Amy joined Petros PACE Finance as Assistant Vice President, responsible for transactions and assets. Amy was promoted to Vice President of Transactions & Asset Management in 2019 and then to Vice President of Capital Markets & Strategic Initiatives in 2022. Currently, Amy holds the position of Senior Vice President of Capital Markets & Strategic Initiatives at Petros PACE Finance, where they play a key role in providing low-cost, long-term commercial PACE financing to property owners.

Amy Benavides attended Austin Community College from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued Latin American Studies and Business Administration. Amy then went on to study International and Intercultural Communication at Universidad de Guanajuato from 2005 to 2007.
