Jose Malvicino

Jose Malvicino is the Chief Financial Officer at Petrosmith. Jose has over fifteen years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on Latin America.

Jose began their career in the oil and gas industry in 2006 as the Head of Finance and Accounting for Ternium, a steel manufacturing company based in New York City. In this role, Jose was responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations for the company's US operations.

In 2011, Jose joined Tecpetrol as the US Country Manager & CFO. In this role, they oversaw all financial operations for Tecpetrol's US operations and was responsible for developing and implementing the company's growth strategy in the region.

In 2016, Jose joined PetroTal Corp. as the Chief Accounting Officer. In this role, they were responsible for leading the financial and accounting team and for developing and implementing the company's financial strategy.

Jose has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Belgrano and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Jose Malvicino has an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Universidad del Salvador.
