Jon Konkler

Jon Konkler is a seasoned geophysicist with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving at Petrotechnical Resources Alaska since March 2015. Responsibilities include advanced 3D seismic mapping and integration of diverse geophysical data in the Cook Inlet and Nenana Basin, as well as monitoring drilling activities on exploration wells in North Slope Alaska. Previous positions at BP Exploration, Alaska Inc. and ARCO Alaska involved managing geophysical programs and implementing strategies for reservoir management and drilling initiatives across multiple Alaskan fields, particularly the Prudhoe Bay region. Jon's career began with ARCO International Exploration, where foundational experience in exploration geophysics was established, and includes academic credentials from the University of Kentucky in geology and geophysics.
