Zahir Baksh is a skilled Project Engineer with extensive experience in the energy sector. Since August 2005, Zahir has been with Petrotrin, contributing to major refinery upgrade programs within the Centralized Engineering and Construction Division. Prior to this role, Zahir served as an Equipment Engineer at Bechtel Corporation from June 2001 to July 2005, where responsibilities included the construction of Atlantic LNG Trains 2, 3, and 4, as well as the installation, start-up, and commissioning of rotating equipment. Zahir holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, completed in 1999.
