Huy Ngoc-Thanh Nguyen

Huy Ngoc-Thanh Nguyen is a seasoned professional in the petroleum engineering sector, with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager of the Petroleum Engineering Division and Manager of the Production Analysis Department at PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corporation since April 2016, Huy has held various significant roles, including Subsurface Manager at Thang Long Joint Operating Company since March 2013 and previous Deputy General Manager of the same division at PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corporation. Huy's foundational expertise in reservoir engineering was developed through positions at Groupement Bir Seba, Japan Vietnam Petroleum Company, and an early career role at TOTAL. Huy holds a Master of Engineering in Reservoir Geoscience & Engineering from IFP School and a Bachelor of Science in Production Engineering from Polytechnic University of Ho Chi Minh City.
