Lucy Williams

Lucy joined Pets at Home in 2011 as a Solicitor and was promoted to Head of Legal of the Vet Group in 2014. She left in 2017 to join Arla Foods, the Danish dairy cooperative and one of the largest FMCG business in the UK, as Head of Legal. She returned to Pets at Home in 2019 as Group Legal Director and Deputy Company Secretary, and was appointed to the role of Company Secretary in 2020. Lucy qualified as a commercial solicitor after completing her training contract with Pannone LLP in 2008, spending some time on secondment with BASF plc. Prior to this, Lucy worked as a business development manager for Pannone LLP’s Connect2Law scheme.
