Cailin Mindoro

Cailin Mindoro is currently a Merchandise Planner at PetSmart, having previously served as a Merchandise Analyst Intern at Only Natural Pet, where responsibilities included analyzing brand profitability through Power BI dashboards. Cailin started at Leeds Consulting Group as a Junior Analyst, later advancing to Senior Analyst, engaging in consulting projects and case competitions. Cailin's involvement with Alpha Kappa Psi as a member emphasized professional development and community engagement, while involvement in BE Tech Scholars and the Business of Sports Program provided opportunities for skill enhancement in technology and business within sports. Cailin has also held roles at Life Time Inc. and as a Camp Instructor for the City and County of Broomfield, focusing on child safety and activity organization. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems at the University of Colorado Boulder.
