Kaitlyn Wilson

Kaitlyn Wilson has a diverse background in research and education, with experience in various roles at PetSmart, Northwestern University, and other organizations. Kaitlyn has worked as a UX Researcher and Associate Learning Consultant at PetSmart, where Kaitlyn led cross-functional teams and developed leadership development programs. Additionally, Kaitlyn has served as a Research Assistant at the ATLAS Lab and as a Student Consultant for Chicago Field Studies. Kaitlyn has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University and is currently pursuing further education at Springboard. Kaitlyn's previous roles include positions such as Marketing and Events Intern and Vice President Community Relations at Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women.
