Shannon Fleck

Shannon Fleck has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and logistics industries. They began their career at MicroAge and Pinacor as the Director of Systems Support from 1992 to 1999. From 1998 to 2000, they served as the Director of Systems Support at MicroAge. They then worked as a Systems Engineer at UPS Supply Chain Services from 2000 to 2003. Following that, they served as an Operations Manager at OEM Logistics from 2003 to 2005. At Fortna, they worked as a Project Manager from 2005 to 2011 and then as a Senior Manager from 2011 to 2012. They joined PetSmart in 2012 and held several positions, including Director of Supply Chain Systems from 2012 to 2015, Director of Technology from 2015 to 2018, Director of Solution Center Services from 2017 to 2018, Senior Director of Solution Center Service, IT Infrastructure and Cloud Management from 2018 to 2023, Vice President, Technology – Business Enabling Systems from 2023 to present, and Co-Chair of StartSmart - PetSmart's Associate Resource Groups from 2022 to present. In their roles at PetSmart, they were responsible for driving business value, aligning business and technology strategies, managing IT infrastructure and cloud services, and leading technical support services for the company.
