Rafael Garcia-Salgado

Rafael Garcia-Salgado is currently serving as Senior Counsel at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman LLP since 2024. Previously, Rafael worked as a Law Clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court from 2011 to 2012. Rafael holds a JD/MBA degree in Law and Business from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Cornell Law School, obtained between 2007 and 2011, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2007.
