Carissa Schildt

Carissa Schildt serves as the Director of Marketing Operations at PetVet Care Centers since December 2024. Prior to this role, Carissa was the Director of Digital Marketing at Innovetive Petcare from August 2019 to December 2024, where responsibilities included supporting veterinary practices with business management tools and resources. Carissa's extensive background includes a significant tenure at VCA from October 2000 to August 2019, starting as an Associate Marketing Manager and advancing to Website Content Manager, where oversight involved managing content and digital assets for over 800 animal hospital websites. Carissa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise and Sport Science, with a minor in Nutrition from Colorado State University, completed in 2000.
