Erika Parks has a diverse background in public policy and criminal justice reform. Erika has experience working in research, data analysis, and legislative roles. Erika has held positions at organizations such as The Pew Charitable Trusts, Texas Juvenile Justice Department, and The Urban Institute. Erika holds a Master of Public Affairs degree from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and a BA in Mathematics and Sociology from Pomona College.
