Richard Bodles

Richard Bodles is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Pexapark since May 2023. Previously, Richard held various roles at Talentful from June 2021 to January 2024, including Talent Lead, where leadership of embedded talent acquisition teams across EMEA/APAC/NA was a focus, working with high-growth companies such as Microsoft and Deliveroo. Richard has also operated as a Lead Recruiter for Microsoft and has significant experience in GTM recruitment for organizations like Personio and Deliveroo. Prior to these roles, Richard was a Senior Consultant at Global Accounting Network, achieving the highest income generated within the Permanent practice in 2020. Early career experiences include positions at Stanton House and Abacus Professional Recruitment, where leadership in delivering recruitment solutions was demonstrated. Richard holds a BDes Hons in Design for Visual Communication from Ulster University.
