John Wright

John Wright is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various programming languages and systems. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Pexip since September 2015, John previously held the same title at Yahoo! from October 2005 to May 2015, focusing on Java and Python, along with some work in Perl, JavaScript, and Hadoop technologies. Earlier in John’s career, roles included Software Engineer at Whereonearth, where C, C++, Python, and Perl programming were key, and Web Designer at Infernet, which involved web development tasks in collaboration with a small team. John obtained a BEng degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick from 1995 to 1998.
